Love our parent/child swim lessons at ISU! I am confident these have been the foundation for my son to be comfortable in and around pools as a very young child. We have done multiple sessions, made multiple friends, and loved every instructor we’ve had. I also use the campus recreation center for fitness on occasion and love the walking track as well as the cardio equipment. The whole building is kept very clean and updated. Miss Addison is amazing! She has so much patience with my 4 year old. My daughter is already much more comfortable in water with 5 lessons done. We will be doing more lessons with Miss Addison to fully get confident in the water.
The swimming lessons ISU offers were suggested to me from several other people who were highly satisfied with their experiences! We did have a few hiccups at the beginning but the assistant director, Sara, was so extremely helpful and quickly resolved our issues. Our swim instructor Sydnee is amazing with our toddler. She positively redirects her and she does such a good job working to build her confidence in the water. My daughter's swimming instructor is wonderful! She works around our schedule and plans 1-on-1 activities tailored to our goals. The rec center looks great, is well-maintained and it's very easy to access.
We have had a great experience with swim lessons at the ISU Rec Center! Arianna does an amazing job tailoring each lesson to meet the individual needs of both of my daughters while making learning fun and engaging.The family-friendly locker rooms are clean, spacious, and make changing before and after lessons easy and convenient. We will be continuing lessons at ISU!
