I am a student at UofL and love sports but unfortunately this is not the place to go if you like soccer. The intramurals are not run well, there is no designated area in the facility to play soccer, as although there is a feild and a court inside they are constantly reserved for other various sports such as fencing, rugby, and lacrosse. I understand that the spaces are shared but it just seems they prioritze so many other sports above soccer as if they don’t like it for some reason.
Great place and great facility
Honestly, this place is a state of the art technological institution. Really impressive how they manage to make the entire top floor feel like a freezer. Not like it’s a basketball court or anything. Jesus Christ, seriously. How about we turn the AC down a little? I can’t feel my arms and legs. And wipe the floors while you’re at it. If I wanted to get some cardio while being cold and dusty I would just hit up my ex.
