I take Tai Chi here on Mondays and Thursdays through the Learning in Retirement program. The instructors are wonderful. I've been playing Tai Chi for almost 7 years now. My sciatica no longer hurts, I have better balance, I no longer have osteopenia, and I am enjoying learning something new constantly.
