Terrible experience 真的超級扯的欸，一開始入住跟我說退宿的時候清理乾淨會歸還清潔費240AUD，今天花了一整個早上擦得超級乾淨，然後下去退宿的時候他們直接說240沒有要還我，我跟他說我清超級乾淨，然後他們說「那我們上去檢查」，然後一開始兩個人上來檢查走來走去他們也說清得很乾淨，你們知道最後他們抓什麼嗎？他們抓美縫膠上面的霉！然後我跟他說退120也不願意，後來又跑到後面的小房間不知道在問什麼，最後240一元都不退。如果一開始就沒有想要退其實可以先說清楚，我也不用從前一天就開始清理，收清潔費也合理，但都已經清到連他們自己都說很乾淨，然後最後跟我收這個錢，真的沒有必要這樣做事，會讓人覺得非常不合理！
All the facilities are brand new, and the receptionists are incredibly friendly. In particular, a staff member Sangita always goes out of her way to kindly explain anything the residents might not be sure about. This is by far the best place I’ve ever got.
It has been fantastic to have lived in Student One Adelaide for the last 2 years, the staff are friendly and everything is fine.
Student One Adelaide Street is hands down the best student accommodation in Brisbane! The facilities are modern, clean, and super convenient , but what truly makes it stand out is the staff. Every single team member is incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely understanding. They go above and beyond to support students and make you feel at home. Whether you’re new to Brisbane or just looking for a reliable and welcoming place to stay, this is where you want to be. Highly recommend!
Hey guys, if you are planning to stay here, consider this unreasonable policy. I stayed here for a few months before and shared kitchen and toilets with other 4 people. Be careful when you leave, you have to tidy up your room including the sharing area. If other people had bad living habits (keeping spoilt food, no cleaning of shared toilet etc), you must clean all those up as it counts part of your "room".
