Student Movers, Inc. is a Colorado Corporation formed in 1974. We have been family owned since our inception. Our original home was on Blake Street in lower downtown Denver. Student Movers vacated the old warehouse in 1993 which was renovated and now anchors the northeast corner of Coors Field, home of the National League Colorado Rockies. How many ways can I praise a great move?! Recommend highly. Rich Giglio came out and gave an estimate of time, number of crew needed, fees and the crew kept to it; no overtime, no gouging for additional monies. Very professional, crew captain amazing with strategy for a very difficult and complicated move - he made it happen within required time and money and they were careful with many items that had to be hand-carried and cumbersome antiques and heavy library book boxes - all with good humor and grace. Bad moving experience We hired Student Movers to pack ABF U-pack trailers for a move from Denver to Atlanta and partially pack the remaider of our household goods into boxes for the move. They did a good job packing up the household goods into boxes, but did a horrible job of packing the trailers for the move. When the trailers were unloaded at our Atlanta house many items were damaged due to poor loading of the truck. Our formal dining room table legs were shattered due to Student Movers loading boxes on top of the table an... read more
