Staff are all extremely helpful and the process goes smoothly with communication every step of the way. I have called, emailed, and went to their office in person, and each time they were thorough, kind, and helpful. I would totally recommend this to upcoming upperclassmen looking to move off-campus.
The staff is very friendly and they answer emails quickly. Picking up my keys was super easy and the apartment was clean and in good condition.
The staff are super friendly, helpful, and reasonable. They answer emails very quickly and always ask how you're doing when you walk in the door. The apartment is a good size and very clean. Payments are easy to manage, though most of the time the site gives me trouble logging in. :)
The move-in process was smooth and easy, with everything ready when I arrived. Rent prices are fair for the area, and the units are well-maintained. The staff was timely, supportive, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Great experience overall!
