The staff here are super helpful and will not let you feel like you’re wasting their time. They are attentive and very friendly. I was new to the apartment complex so I was unsure about a few things and Isabel never failed to provide me with information. So glad I decided to come here and be apart of this community!
SLI has been very kind throughout the whole move in. The pet policy is confusing, and more information up front would be nice. The employees are nice and accommodating. I had a maintenance issue that was fixed within one business day. Overall they are very nice and good to talk to about any issues that may occur.
Student Lodging was helpful and transparent through the whole process. Their customer service in the beginning stages helped a lot and they have been helpful since.
So much better than dorms. Brookwood is beautiful and there is plenty of room. The staff are so kind and sweet too
just signed my lease today. i can say student lodging is some of the most efficient and friendly housing services i have worked with. i needed an apartment and within three days im moved in. i like brookwood i think it is well upkept and plenty of parking.
