This was the best experience I could have regarding my issue with my car dealer. I did not expect I will get this much active support from the Legal Services of Kent State. So much grateful to have them on campus for us. Thanks Rachel! For handling all the overwhelming email through months and getting me the best results possible.

We had an amazing experience with Student Legal Services. We were in a terrible living situation and Rachel was able to terminate our lease with no problem. She handled our legal case professionally, while still being personable. She even, took the responsibility of communicating with our previous apartment management in person. I would recommend SLS to every student with similar problems.
