Super quick and easy. Great staff
Severe disconnect between medical staff and pricing, was told that my visit would be covered because of my health services fee. I was informed that I needed a shot and was not told that this would be an extra expense. Saw the bill on my student accounts and called today to find out what I was being charged for. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and told me that “my insurance does not cover” their shot administering fee but after I told her I hadn’t given my insurance information she changed her script and proceeded t... read more
Such great health practitioners! Nurse Arrington and Dr. McLaughlin were amazing. They were so friendly and I really felt informed and that my concerns were truly heard. Honestly the best healthcare experience I have ever had. Simply good people, nice to feel empowered as a patient. Very happy with my visit :)
