The front office is great. Very attentive and kind. Canon is always ready to help. However, reaching the MA's is extremely arduous. I have found it impossible to try to reach them. I have been through many instances of where I reached out to them for over a month, just to get my urgent medication refilled. Pt portal doesn't work either & no one responds on there! Jordan is always very kind and courteous. PA Summerhill is great, a wonderful model for future providers to mirror. The new location in the IREB is clean.
