I have been calling for a month straight to get my ADHD meds renewed and they will not pick up the phone! I have exams coming up in a week and have no medication for it. This is highly unacceptable and unprofessional. I even emailed them and told them I desperately needed an appointment and they basically told me to just keep calling.
Whenever I call this place I never get through. Who ever is in charge of Admin should be fired.
