Impossible to get help and feel like you’re not bothering them/stupid when asking for basic help. They will suggest you go anywhere else regardless of your ability to access other places. If you can go anywhere else do so you don’t waste your time here. If you can’t, be prepared to be left behind. If you’re a student, just know the fees you’re paying to have a centre on campus is not actually going to a place that will help you.
A $35 late fee for being 5mins late goes crazy, then telling me i don't have the option to not book the appointment again. As if i wasn't struggling enough financially already with the medication i had to pay for. Stimulated my interest in not living long anyway. And the receptionist lady with the long fried hair sassy for no reason. Thanks for nothing.
