Genuinely useless. Receptionist actually don't care about their jobs and are in contention of the least welcoming people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. What's even worse is doctors wont even do their jobs properly either. After I told the doctor that I had been sick for a month straight he told me it was a common cold, gave me no prescription, and worst of all, incorrectly filled out my doctors note, making deferring my final exams virtually impossible at the time.
