I came to see a doctor for my lower back pain following a referral from the walk-in clinic. An older doctor was rude and tactless. He kept saying he didn’t need any information from the other doctor, but after I finished explaining my situation, he simply told me he wouldn’t do anything and that I needed to go to the place recommended by the walk-in clinic. He didn’t examine my back or provide any advice—he just wasted my time.
I would give zero stars if I could. My plan was terminated and I never received notice of termination. They have hung up on me twice and ignored my emails. This is the most insufferable insurance agency I have ever seen.

They don't care about you there. Really bad service, like really really bad. Better off going to a general hospital or walk in clinic. Massive waste of my tuition money.
