Everyone is very friendly, and the campus is clean and the lab equipments are modern & new. Lots of opportunities to interact with faculties and do research in the health sciences.
ACPHS is an excellent choice if you are interested in health sciences and would like a personalized, top-notch education. Every professor at the college wants every student to practice at the top of whatever field they choose. Classes are challenging but there are many resources on campus to help students do their best. An education from this college helps set students up for many opportunities in the future.
I transferred to ACPHS because the student community looked really close-knit. I'm feeling a bit nostalgic of my first few months making new friends because today is my birthday and I just received a wonderful surprise... Once a month our chefs make a huge cake to celebrate all the birthdays for that month. What I didn't know is that some new friends of mine also knew the chefs. ACPHS is a small, tight knit community where everyone is working towards the same goal — to work in healthcare and help patients. Classes can be difficult but the professors really care about their students’ learning and are willing to do whatever they can to help them succeed. The staff in the Office of Admissions and Office of Financial Aid do an incredible job making everyone feel welcome whether they are an incoming student or current student.
It was very unpleasant. People were not very welcoming.
