This is my first time not having insurance and very new to it. I had to call and talk to a representative but they were knowledgable and patient with me when i had questions. If you go in thinking 100% is going to be paid after an injury happens, you have wrong information. but with how expensive EVERYTHING is these days, it is a relief that i will have help on the co-pays and visits. $500 or whatever they help out with is $500 i don't have to. this is a very reasonable cost for injuries that can definitely happen

Deanna is extremely rude. She talks so fast you can't understand and gets angry when you ask her to repeat herself. All of my daughter's claims were denied and she got angry when I asked why.

Student Assurance Services does NOT pay out. Your child is NOT covered for injuries sustained during school or sports. You've been warned. They'll collect your premium and ignore correspondence, legitimate claims, will not return phone calls.
