im a bit confused about the reviews, as so far, my experience with this specific office has been pleasant. the staff have been kind, and have explained all necessary info to me about my accommodations and what to do if i wish to seek additional support.
I shared the chronic issues I deal with, and they completely understood. I couldn't get a doctor to officially diagnose me yet, but I was able to explain all the issues I have and how often I go to the doctor for them. That was all I needed to finally get the help I needed for class accomodations.
