The food at Studebakers has always been good, expensive but good, but the customer service has been consistently poor for years. My most recent visit was the final straw. I placed an online order and went in to pick it up. I stood in the pickup area while the employee helped three other customers and prepared their orders without ever acknowledging that I was waiting.
