We've been waiting 20 years to figure out what we could do to get an open floor plan plus some upgrades, without spending too much money. In comes Rick Studdard with Studdard Construction and his team. Rick and his team were able to design a workable solution to open up our kitchen, dining and living room to get the open floor plan we wanted that fit our budget.
