Been attending this surgery on and off for many decades. The positive was that they have a doctor to take walk-ins, reducing urgent attention wait times. A quick in and out experience. However, today I was not even required to present my Medicare Card…the young girl requested additional irrelevant information to my visit…asking for my place of birth.
