Top Soil was full of demolition debris. Brick and stone, glass shards, parts of foundations that had lead paint, slate roofing, Formica countertop pieces. Also was more than 50% pebbles and stone, totally worthless soil I paid too much for once, then had to remove from the grounds applied to, then had a truck full of it I couldn't dump anywhere because no one would accept it with toxic materials in it.
