Aweful, Brought it there for minor Vandalism damage. Smashed out tail gate glass. Oh' it got replaced yet they didn't clean up any of the said glass. Charged my insurance company for parts that were not broken in the insedent. They, damaged the rear view camera. Oh' the car was egged. They didn't take care of that. Two + weeks. Well, the investigation will begin.
Very poor communication. Would not return calls or answer emails.
Well I can honestly say I will never take another vehicle to this place their communication is horrible not only with me but also an insurance company, but I do believe a lot of it was also the insurance rep not doing his job and I've had my truck back there twice now since I have gotten it back because they can't get the sensors fixed right.
Outstanding customer service.
Stuckey Collision center did an EXCELLENT job on making my car look AMAZING. My door was hit and dented and it literally looks brand new. From the time I got the estimate to picking it up, everyone was so friendly and the process was extremely easy. I got constant updates on my car via text and when I got it back, it was BETTER than I expected. They did an exceptional job!!! Thank you Stuckey!!!
