Stuckey Collision center did an EXCELLENT job on making my car look AMAZING. My door was hit and dented and it literally looks brand new. From the time I got the estimate to picking it up, everyone was so friendly and the process was extremely easy. I got constant updates on my car via text and when I got it back, it was BETTER than I expected. They did an exceptional job!!! Thank you Stuckey!!!
They had my car for months. Could never get a truthful answer. I was actually told by one of their representatives I was lied to. Since the repair of my car, for dropping into an unmarked pothole, it has had to go back three times. This has been going on for months. I keep asking to speak to Matt Stuckey to see why my Audi has been in their Duncansville repair shop for months and still not functioning properly. Summary Pros: very friendly Cons: Inaccurate time estimates, overly busy, multiple visits for to fully correct vehicle. Long but honest review. My wife hit a deer back in October and Stuckey was the closest repair shop that our insurance deals with directly so that is why we chose Stuckey. Got the appraisal and everything scheduled to drop my car off.
