Poor communication, vehicle is still not right. Doors don’t work properly, completely forgot to replace an a-arm. Took it back, said they fixed it, still clearly making rattling noise from the front end, if they would test drive they would notice. Claims adjuster did some scammy work, if there was negative stars I’d do that. But one star is as low as I can go. More focused on quantity of vehicles being pushed through not quality of work.
Casey and the crew did a great job. From star to finish. He helped clear up insurance issues I was having. He also kept me informed throughout the process. My truck looks brand new. I would recommend them.
