I spoke with Mickey about a stucco report I received for a home I'm selling that requires remediation. Mickey was up front about not working in Philadelphia (where I live) yet he was kind enough to speak on the phone with me for 30 minutes imparting wisdom and expertise on the subject that he's gained from 30+ years in the business.
