Spend 30 minutes with an off shore customer care agent who does not have an idea about how to solve your question and then tells you there are no customer care supervisors available no matter how long I have to wait - and my issue is still unresolved
They withdrew money from a separate credit card on file when I SOLD a ticket and are giving me a total runaround. It's insulting. Within the same week, I had to pull a ticket from being sold and they also charged me the full amount as a fee?? OVER $100?? This is a criminal organization and scam to steal your money.
It's a great platform to buy and sell tickets. When everything goes well it is perfect! But pray that you never have to call customer service. I have wasted so much time just trying to explain my problem to their customer service representatives that I have just given up. No one wants to take the time to actually figure out what the problem is, and there is no way to escalate to someone that has a clue.
If I could give them a zero I would!! My experience has been terrible! I have been trying to get an issue resolved for weeks now and zero help!! I will never use StubHub again and I will encourage everyone I know to STAY away!!
Do not do business with this company. They lied to me three times not only the representatives, but also management they lied to me about Reed making sure that I received the full amount of the ticket price I sold because I purchased the tickets through them as a reseller they waived the reseller fee and I was told this by two management people
