very rude overcharged on what i was originally quoted the lounge is dirty in areas where it was cleaned and when i tried contacting the company to let them know this he had blocked my message .how this man stays in business i don't know he was rude and became a little aggressive once i showed him the price i was quoted ! had to leave a 1 star but deserves -5 stars, booked them to come and clean a rug as i dint want to use a big company and would rather support small local companys but they dint bother to turn up dint even bother to ring or message why they wernt coming or rebook another day/time so i woulnt recommend to any1
