The owner of Stuart"s Antiques in Berlin, Maryland will not stand behind her products (new jewelry) and was rude and condescending when I attempted to exchange a pair of new earrings, purchased for $75.00, that broke the second time I attempted to wear them. I did not ask for a refund, only an exchange. To be treated as if I was at fault was completely unnecessary. She has no customer service skills and clearly does not care if her customers are happy or not. We will never visit her shop again.

I don’t know who it was working there but the person working Wednesday February 18, 2023 is the reason we will not be back. This lady literally came up to my wife asking her “are you trying to be a boy?” Becsuse she was wearing a t shirt and joggers, also asking her “why she would do that to her body?” when she saw her tattoos and gauges. If that was the lady who runs the store, she doesn’t need to have a business if that’s how she talks to the people who walk through her door. Sick and ridiculous.
