Saw me for 10 minutes. Billed for 1 1/2 hours. Refused to give me insulin that I needed. Wanted to perform procedures unrelated to my condition and that were against my ethical and religious beliefs. When I refused she threatened to have them done by force. This was said in front of witnesses.
