Stuart helped me out, at short notice, getting an engine light diagnosis sorted. Brilliant customer service.
Need going there for years. Bought all my cars from them. They also do my mots and anything extra I need. They don't go looking for work which is grand. Prices are always fair and they are genuinely nice blokes. Really recommend
I bought a Toyota Alphard 4x4 3.5 v6 2011 this January from Phil at Stuart Spencer Autos . Great service , no pressure and was a pleasure to deal with . In June we developed a problem with an oil leak from the rear diff. One dealer in Plymouth couldn’t find the leak but we returned it to Phil who located the leak , sourced the parts and replaced it within 3 days . There was no charge due to the warranty and it is only when you discover a fault you discover how good the dealer actually is ,,, highly recommended.
Well, what can I say that hasn't already been said? Stuart and Phil pulled out all the stops to have my Toyota Vellfire ready for collection at extremely short notice. All ready and shining on the forecourt for my arrival after a five hour train journey. What an example it is, too. I couldn't be more pleased. The relaxed nature of both of them, and the great communication, made me feel totally at ease with my purchase.
