Erie Insurance had a security breach & no one was informed. I only found out when I tried to access my account to pay my premium. I called the agency to ask for information and they said they would put me on a contact list for information (even though every client should have been automatically included…). And then, I still received absolutely nothing! They then cancelled my policy without my confirmation and…surprise…Without communicating that! Absolutely a disaster to deal with and will never work with them again.
