I have been a patient of Dr. Yoons since 2019. Even thoughtthey no longer fully take my insurance, I have stayed with them. They do send claims to my insurance which sometimes result in some payment. Dr. Yoon is a very experienced dentist - kind and efficient. His explanations of what needs to be done are detailed enough for me to understand and feel confident that the work he recommends is necessary. I never feel like he is "creating business." They cancelled my appointments twice. They’re unreliable and don’t have any reliable hygienists. Don’t bother with this place.
Dr yoon has been my dentist since 2013 ish. I go every 3 months. They are affordable, professional, and good at what they do. They're really good at working around dental anxiety. When my mother had a filling fall out and the interior of her tooth was exposed, they got her in that day. Now I love going to the dentist and I've been going to dentists regularly my whole life, I've been to a lot of different dentists. This dentist is one that I've stuck with the longest because they're just wonderful
Front desk staff is terrible. Never sent over my referral. Just rude.
I have been going to Dr. Yoon for a few years and have always had a good experience. Today I called to make an appointment and the receptionist was very rude. She asked me for my insurance that I didn’t have on me at the moment (my fault) but when I told her I was trying to find it for her she laughed and told me she needed to make sure they were going to get paid before she could make me an appointment.
