TIRED OF BEING BAMBOOZLED!!!!!!! I used Stuart Rolphe for my clutch repair. Ironically when I went out to my vehicle to get my car, the engine check light was on and it wasn't when I took it in....it wasn't running rough like a huge rhinoserous shaking underneath the hood of my car.....Why would I give them any more work again or refer anyone else?! They said that 'all I went in for was a clutch job'! No, I decided to hold off on the $371.00 Tune Up which the 'Haley Pontiac' charges less!!! They are trying to hit up all the ... read more

Honest,Good Work,Promt I have used many repair shops for my personal vehicles and company vehicles. I was referred to Stuart Rolfe after a bad expierence at another place. They have been honest and have always let me know how much something to be done would cost before fixing it,and most importantly, they will let me know if they see anything else that I may need to be aware of in the future that may not need to be taken care of right now, but could be a potential problem in the near future,like brakes that may need replacin... read more
Reputable and ethical My wife and I have been a customer of Stuart Rolfe for over 10 years. We have found them to be very reputable and ethical. They usually are very good about discussing what options we have for a needed repair, i.e. the best way most expensive vs. good and less expensive. We would definitely recommend them to a friend.
Poor Service I had them perform a brake job on my car and after one month the brakes were squeaking. They inspected and couldn't find the problem. I researched and found that they had failed to use caliper grease when they installed. They charge me another 100 bucks to install grease when it should have been done on the original install. Won't use them again.
VERY Trustworthy and Dependable I have been using Stuart Rolfe for years and never had a bad experience. In fact, they have proven to be more honest and trustworthy than many of the other repair shops that I have dealt with in the past. I highly recommend them and do so without reservation.
Wrong Price They gave me a price for some repair work and when I came to pick up my car the price was more than they told me. They said that is how much it cost and would not adjust the price. I will never go there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
