Stuart Pro has very high repair rates. They replaced a gas control value, I ask how long it would take. I was told a long time and it was very hard to change. The price was $580, the valve was covered under warranty. 45 minutes later, he was done. To charge $580 per hour is predatory. They did reduce the price to $507 because we are old. Afterwards, I went on line to see what is normal. To replace a gas valve takes 45 minutes to 1 hour, the normal charge per hour is $75 to $150.per hour.
