Told the dr I got attacked by staff at rdh. The Dr refused to get my face x rayed. He lied to me and referred me for a completely different x ray to what I needed. Happened at this clinic, typical modern day dr rather lie and cover up for staff then help their patients. The radiologist at top end medical can't help me without the correct xray referral. How about you call me? I want a refund.
A doctor was nice and helpful I came for 2 times. Just wasn’t satified for the last time because a doctor told me to give me a free consultation after get a result for my sample (1st visit), turns out I still need to pay (2nd visit) cos the receptiont told to do so and she said because I don’t have a Medicare. However I have another insurance and the doctor knew about that for my 1st visit cos she asked for it if I have Medicare or not. Choose your doctor carefully. Had a bad experience with N.Anthony. Felt he was after a money grab and not at all interested in my welfare. Suggested options that would see me return to him repeatedly , but were not suited to my actual health history or needs. Sad. Avoid him. Practice as a whole probably ok
I always get an appointment in time and the clinic is never too busy. Dr Nithin Antony has been extremely helpful and an exceptional GP. He always listens to what I have to say and provides thoughtful and effective care. Thank you for your dedication.
