Poor communication and response (or lack of). Not worth your time.
Takes no responsibility on any of his buildings after completion, your building will either flood and water will run through the light fixtures or be completely filled with mould. But trash work.
I had a very bad experience with Stuart Osman Building Designs. It is my opinion that they have no interest in doing the best job for their customers. After getting paid they made a boring design for my property with requests for further payment for corrective changes, I lost confidence in their ability to satisfactorily complete the project.
