I generally do not post reviews of medical providers, especially when they are negative. I have no doubts about Dr. Thomas' qualifications, knowledge, or the treatment he provided for me. He did, however, always seem to be rushed, as though he was in a hurry to get to the next patient. The very first day I had to wait 2 hours and they did apologize for that and I let it go. Wait times are extremely long. Seems he wants all his patients to come to the office, even just for test results - more visits more $$

From the start, I received a call advising that there was an appointment available for me in less than a week. I asked what my co-pay was going to be so that I could be prepared and I was advised $145 to $216 would cover my hearing test and my visit. I got there 25 minutes early and I did end up waiting 30 minutes before my audio test. Went to see the doctor for a salivary gland stone, had an appointment which they cancelled saying I was a non- compliant patient because I didn’t go to the ER. I did spend 3 days in the ER. Then told me to go find another doctor because he would not do surgery and would not make a referral to another doctor. So I gave him a one star because you can’t leave a 0 star rating.
