Excellent care from front-end staff, and optometrist Hiromi. Great health related comm skills (my field of work). Hiromi diagnosed something rather important that had been missed by a competing optician. They didn't try and 'hard sell' me on buying glasses. My only wish is that they printed the findings/prescription, but I've never had an optician do this by default. No problem, because I will be visiting again for sure.
