We contracted Stuart Jones to build our new custom home. The initial interactions with him were great, timely and informative. However, in time, we felt he was not invested in our project. Even though we were paying his designer he refused to connect us with him and wanted to be the one passing feedback back and forth (while charging us for his time). I called a few builders inquiring about building a new home for us in Wake Forest, including Stuart Jones. Stuart called me back saying they unfortunately don't get up to Wake Forest anymore, but he left me a very helpful voicemail about what to look for in builders and other helpful information. He seemed like a great guy. Nice, responsive, seemed to genuinely want to help. I can see why Stuart came so highly recommended.
