I agree with the highest praise for Dr Byer and staff. They have a great manner and are quick, friendly, very helpful and explained everything in perfect detail to me and my wife prior to the start of my procedures. During this time I met several other patients with varying diagnoses, and all said the same thing. It's a difficult thing to go through, But Dr Byer, Ashley, Jessa, Gail, Stephanie, Abe, and Bill, all made it much easier and GREATLY appreciated! I can't recommend them enough! After having a very bad experience with a radiologist at Cleveland Clinic, I was recommended Dr. Byer. From the initial call, there was nothing but professionalism. My adult daughter is mentally disabled, and the doctor was so amazing with her. He spoke to her in simple terms, and she took to liking him immediately. The entire staff was patient, and kind, and 25 laser beams later, she is finished with treatment. Highly recommend this doctor, especially if you want someone independent from CC.
I am so happy with the service and friendliness of the staff during my 39 day radiation therapy. So polite, always a warm smile to make your day and give hope to the times ahead,to say thanks is not enough to express the gift of a better life ,that is their goal. Dr. Stuart Byer and his staff are professional, cordial, thoughtful, and thorough. In my five weeks of radiation treatment for skin cancer, they were kind and compassionate - ready to answer questions and provide the help I needed.
