I placed an order for 3 items, was charged, and never received the items. After a couple weeks after the initial order I emailed to inquire why there might be a delay.. no response. Then called and was told I would be contacted by the owner.. never happened. Tried this 3 times with the same result. Emailed again, all I got was "How were they ordered?"
