This kitchen shop really confused me. The entire place is completely outdated. Most of their cabinet displays are 20+ years old and out of fashion. I asked about one cabinet display I liker and I was told it was discontinued years ago- so why show it in your store? They don't have prices posted anywhere. When I asked how much something cost, I was told, "That's hard to say. Most of our kitchens start at $50,000 but we've done $100,000 kitchens." The employee wasn't friendly at all. pricing way too expensive, found a kitchen company that was wonderful, but for a third of the price
Called looking to purchase a high end range hood and have it installed by place of purchase. Before installation, we needed to prep the area (tile it) and needed to know if any support needed to be added before tile went up so it didn't need to be torn down later if done incorrectly. Spoke with Steve who offered absolutely no help at all. Not only didn't he know the simple answer but he wouldn't even lift a finger to get me an answer from a technician who installs them.
