First of all, the young lady at the maintenance desk was very pleasant and the parts person was very good. Now, as for the maintenance team, wow! We brought in our 2025 Sorrento for an oil change and a rodents nest was discovered and it had chewed a few wires. After some back and forth the maintenance manager suggested that they needed to replace the entire wiring harness. He said that my insurance would cover the cost, after my deductible.
