Great, well-rounded workout with cardio and weight training. Every instructor is awesome. This aint your grandma's jazzercise! Great music, mix of old and new, always fresh routines and just a lot of fun. So much better than the gym. I always look forward to going. Work it hard or go easy, perfect for any level and any age. Try it, you'll like it.
Jazzercise is the best workout ever. It never gets boring and I get good results. The Stuart center is reliable, classes start and end on time. The instructor is prepared and engaging.
