I am in the hospital and I am going through so much after having 4 surgeries and I needed to talk to a Dr about my panic attacks and he saw me one time and didn’t prescribe anything and has billed me several times. I can see the 200$ claim on my insurance!
I saw Dr Nathan and he was cordial and helpful. My 3* review is that I've left 2 phone messages and am email for some follow up material that was promised. No answer to any of them so I'm not sure I'd be back again due to this. I'm very disappointed on this lack of service and follow up.
do not go here if you want actual help. very unprofessional doctor. I arrived early to fill out my paperwork so that i could have a full hour of discussion. However i then had to wait 15 minutes in the lobby, and when i asked how much longer it would be, all of a sudden the doctor was ready to see me. These sessions are expensive, and 1/4 of my session was wasted. How long would i have waited if i had not asked? then when i talk to the doctor, he offers no apology for the wait, but spends 10 minutes reading legal disclaimers... read more
