I was provided a neuropsychological report with multiple mistakes and diagnoses that didn't match the supporting data; including depression and anxiety. Instead of fixing those mistakes, Dr. Carlos Mazas sent me unprofessional and scientifically laughable emails suggesting that I'd experienced a significant IQ drop leading up to the evaluation followed by a recovery after the evaluation. This place is trash.
This place displays an astounding lack of integrity, professionalism, and privacy controls. Remove the one five star review from the local guide who gives everyone five sras and this is a one star joint. Never go to anyone star psychology office.
Went to this office to conduct so TBI Testing. Back in Feb 2026 I had to schedule an appointment for April because thats the soonest they could get me in. Showed up for my appointment in April and the lady never scheduled my appointment t correctly. Now I have to wait another month to be seen because they screwed up and wont make it right. So now I get the short end of the stick because someone on staff doesn't know how to do their job.
I am in the hospital and I am going through so much after having 4 surgeries and I needed to talk to a Dr about my panic attacks and he saw me one time and didn’t prescribe anything and has billed me several times. I can see the 200$ claim on my insurance!
