My initial phone call with Stuart was great. He was very informed about the immigration process I was interested in starting. I enjoyed our conversation and I wanted to retain and work with him based on his knowledge. However after multiple follow up calls and a few emails he never returned my calls or responded to my emails.

He helped remove my 5 year bar from the US with a waiver and was very attentive and helpful in all manners. Always willing to communicate without extra charges and his assistant was also very polite and prompt in her emails. Highly recommend
