Prompt service, great work. Had my electric service back up and working very quickly!
I had someone from another local company tell me I needed a part and I should really replace my Furnace. He wasn't in the basement 5 minutes when he determined this and gave me a red tag for the heat exchange. I asked him why the guy who came and replaced another part a couple weeks ago which was right beside it find that. He didn't give me an answer only asked me 4 times if I was going to stay with them for the repair and I said I probably would. I looked for some reviews and found others that had said the same thing. I called and all they said was hello... Like your a business at least say hello thank you for calling so and so this is and say your name and ask how can i help you. I wouldnt give a star.
