Dr. Spalding is a very knowledgeable physician. He is very easy to talk with about any health issue. He listens & answers all questions. He is personable yet very professional. He has managed my healthcare for years & also my husband. If you need help beyond him, he always recommends very competent medical assistance. We truly appreciate Dr. Spalding & feel that he does a great job for us! If you need a great family physician, then give him a try - you won't be disappointed.
I was treated very bad by his nurse. She was very rude and forceful. I know everyone is on edge because of covid, but let's use a little better bed side manner

Dr. Spaulding takes the time to listen to your problem. He will skillfully assess you to find the cause of the problem and how to treat it. If he doesn't have the answer he will refer you to someone who should.
His office refused to see us, after our family has been with this practice for 34 years. They stated they did not take our insurance, and refused to let us pay cash for the visit, so I requested that Dr. Spalding call us multiple times, but he never returned a call. This is the worst patient care I have ever experienced. It is unfortunate that this practice is now in the hands of uncaring practitioners, who do not think it is worthwhile to give time or true care to their patients.
