Very unprofessional approach and a terrible first impression. I tried to get a quote, and instead of simply assisting, they began questioning my reasons, refused to provide an email address, and hung the phone on me—even though all the information I provided was legitimate. These people aren’t serious. They claim to be a family owned company but their customer service couldn’t be worse nor they couldn’t care less
This company is wonderful. Their ladies at the office are so nice and courteous and are doing an awesome job. As a subcontractor I have had no problems getting paid.
