They identified the problem promptly after I observed that my dryer was taking longer to dry things. Upon inspecting the dryer vent, they discovered an obstruction that may have caused a fire. They recommended a dryer vent maintenance schedule and did a complete cleaning. I'll be setting up an appointment for the AC cleaning service that I also asked about. Great First Service Danny was out this morning to service our house He arrived on time and immediately put on protective wraps for his shoes We showed him our furnace ventilation system and dryer duct J&R did a great job and answered all of our questions We paid them extra to clean out the furnace and blower which of course had all kinds of new construction particles but it was worth it and the cost was very reasonable when you compare J&R Dryer Vent Cleaning & Air Duct Cleaning Service Inc. We had J&R Dryer Vent Cleaning & Air Duct Cleaning Service Inc. out to clean our dryer vent. They did a great job. Diego repaired the vent pipes and cleaned it all out. He also cleaned out behind the dryer, it was a mess. We will have them back next year.
