This business does not pass the "lone woman visiting garage" litmus test. I went there today, alone, for an oil change. Apparently, I they took one look at me and decided I was an idiot, and a mark. I am an idiot about cars, but I'm not an idiot in general. So when they called me to tell me that they had conducted their seven point safety check, and found that I needed to buy a $170 new battery from them because mine failed their test, I did not say yes right away. You get 5 stars in by book!! I like taking my vehicle to someone I can trust to be honest and let me know what is wrong without trying to "sell" lots of things I don't need. Any work done to my car has been done to my satisfaction and with the highest degree of professionalism. Mark and his employees keep my car running like new without breaking the bank!
