I'm conflicted - I want to rate higher, but also lower. I had nine sets of blinds installed in my apartment about five years ago. (five roman, four venetian). The quality of blinds is second to none, they're very well made and look amazing. I got a measure/quote for another blind about twelve months ago and there was no quote. I followed up and got no reply. The person who did the measure and quote was also very dismissive when I mentioned I needed my blinds taken down for remediation work to be done on the building.
