Stuart is amazing. As a first time home buyer he walked me through every step of the process. He was able to use his extensive network to help me find a local lender and a title company. Additionally, he was supportive of my needs and went the extra mile to make sure I had all the information I needed when it came time for negotiations and closing.
We purchased our Broadmoor home from Stuart 2 years ago, and we're as happy, or happier, today as we were on day one. Why is that important? No buyer's remorse. We gave Stuart the directive "Find us a good, honest house". We had some issues with the seller's agent, but Stuart found a workaround and got things back on track. Hopefully we'll never move, but if we do, Stuart will get the first call.
