Stuart Awning furnished and installed a retractable privacy screen for us in August 2021. Last week we had a storm that blew the roller cover off the roller housing. No way I could fix it myself. Requested service on Friday. They were out here first thing today (Monday) to fix the issue. Mission accomplished. Well done!
I contacted this company to install a new awning 10/23. There was a guy who was on the phone non stop during installation. While 2 people worked. It now leaks. 5 times they have been out put caulk around the bolts. I have contacted the company 5 times. They took advantage of me. I'm an older woman retired, a widow my husband was a cop. It shocks me that they don't care. I asked for a refund and they won't even respond back. Now they won't even take my calls. Giving a star is too much.
